Hi there!
My name is Hannah, i'm 18 years old and currently live in the UK near to Leeds...
I am an Art and Textiles student at college, but am hoping to work my way on to fulfilling my ambition of becoming a model - specialising only in Rockabilly, burlesque/Pin-up style 1950's photographs.
I would love to build up a portfolio of quirky images that match my interests and really reflect my personality! So i would welcome any offers, preferably from photographers working in the UK and close by-ish! who would love to help or work with me, and also who have the same interests which would be great...
I have only done previous modelling on small projects, such as throughout both local and national newspapers likeThe Guardian and The Times, and in photographs for artwork, but am very comfortable in front of the camera!
I have loved the whole Rockabilly scene for as long as i can remember, i find something amazing about the whole glamour of the 1950's which has been my biggest inspiration or anything i do! from my artwork, to the photographs i take, to every single piece of clothing i wear.
I idolise Marilyn Monroe, Bettie Page (of course!), Dita Von Teese who's footsteps i would love to follow in with her stage-shows, Bernie Dexter and Angela Ryan.
