About Me
Pin-Up NYC (www.pinupnyc.com) is on online magazine that features Pin-Up gals and guys, artist galleries, sex advice, music, film, book reviews, features on bands, artists, authors, and more!
All of our content is free, so there isn't any revenue generated through the magazine. Therefore, we can't compensate models/photographers/artists/writers. What we do provide is a great forum to get your work seen by Pin-Up lovers, rockabillies, punk rockers, indie kids, goths, rude boys&girls, fetishists, intellectuals, and sex freaks all over the world! And who wouldn't like that?
We do all of our own shoots, all Pin-Ups on the site are exclusive to Pin-Up NYC, so we don't feature other people's work (in the artist galleries we do, but not for the Pin-Ups). So here's the deal. We're always looking for models -- guys and gals. If you model for the site, you get a chance to work with a pro photographer, prints from the shoot to add to your portfolio, and of course, you'll be published online in a fab magazine.
We already have a few staff photographers, but we are always looking to find new photographers with a fresh take on modern Pin-Ups to shoot for the site.
Writers, writers! Need those.
Artists -- please submit your work for our artist gallery section. It's great exposure for your art, and a big draw to the website.
One note: If you are not in the NYC metro area, we cannot use you as a model at this time. We have limited resources and must be able to shoot you in the NYC/Brooklyn/Queens area.
