About Me
Yup. That's me.
I'm seeking models, clients and collaborators for photography and the occasional [small] video project. Coming from an arts/tech background with 20+ years of videography experience, I'm fairly familiar with the digital world and pretty comfortable behind anything that has a lens. After too much time dealing with the scale and speed of motion pictures, still photography is a welcome shift back to play and flexibility.
It's tremendously exciting to be independent again.
Fetish, fashion & fine art are some of the categories that most obviously apply to what I'm doing so far. Intensity, humour and general perversity are the criteria for what keeps me interested. Current personal projects include a mens' pinup calendar, a medical fetish collection and an ongoing series of erotic public nudes.
Some of what I shoot is hardcore porn and some of it owes more to 1950s glamour pinups. Most includes the best of both worlds. Obviously, you set the limits for what kind of tone you want for our work together. There isn't a minimum level of exposure or of sexually suggestive content for working with me, but if you're uncomfortable modeling for somebody who usually shoots very explicit work, I'm not your guy.
MODELS OF ALL AGES (18+), GENDERS, ABILITIES, ETHNICITIES & BODY TYPES WELCOME.
With absolutely no disrespect meant to the young, skinny, white women whose images dominate contemporary fetish art, it's important to me to feature a broad range of people in my work. Until my portfolio is a little more balanced I'm most urgently seeking models who are over 30, people of colour, differently-abled, male, and/or otherwise visibly distinct from the majority of people we most often see in erotic imagery. To be clear, "most urgently" does not mean "exclusively". All are welcome.
