About Me
I am very interested in the artistic value of the world in general... spanning anywhere from the traditional 'beautiful flower in full bloom', to the less appreciated rusted power-box on the street corner, or pay phone scratched with graffiti and specked with old bubblegum. I am deeply interested in projects that touch on this, and/or play with the mood and tones of a picture as well. Moody imagery is the best imagery, and by that I am talking not only about the "sitting there looking serious poses", but yes, many "happy go-lucky, jubilant" poses come in to play as well. After all, is being happy not also a mood? (I feel that many gothic/alternative models/photographers don't realize that.)
I coin my personal style as alternative, although many people consider it gothic. I don't mind either of these labels, and am proud to be associated with either, or whatever else anyone would like to call me. I love to experiment with my makeup, and feel that I have the chance to be very versatile in this department. The lack of eyebrows allows me to change my appearance easily, and thus work the makeup and project together, even better than if I were bound by real brows. My hair is currently short (about to my shoulders in the front, a bit shorter in the back) and green (intentionally!).
I am open to any suggestions, and interested in most projects (location or studio). I like to experiment with the surroundings, fashion/outfits, makeup, artistry, etc. or all of the above. Really creating a product that people actually want to look at. Most importantly I am interested in working with the photographer to achieve their idea. Whilst giving my own creativity and input in the process.
