About Me
I'm the author of the book ROLLERGIRL: TOTALLY TRUE TALES FROM THE TRACK which was published by Simon & Schuster in February 2007. And I'm a Hotrod Honey, one of the teams of the Texas Rollergirls Rock'n'Rollerderby ... f*ck, yeah. I like Social Distortion, leopard print, things that are pink, Las Vegas, black eyeliner, Jane Eyre, Vince Vaughan, cheesy mystery novels, gas stations coffee, and Midsomer Murders. I can't live without music... so I play a cherry-red Nord Electro 2 keyboard in two bands: a power-pop group called Peter Elliott and a roots-rock band called St. Joe's Choir. I'm also the hostess and tambourine player for the DeadMotleySexMaidens' Karaoke Apocalypse, a live karaoke band that plays metal and punk classics from the '70 and '80s.
